Even Accounting Majors Love PearBudget
Got a great note from an accounting major, now with a non-profit:
Just wanted to write a quick note saying that I signed up for PearBudget a few minutes ago on a whim and think that it is phenomenal! The graphics are clean, the concept is easy and intuitive. I’m an accounting major, a pretty good one at that, and quicken and some of the other programs have always been a little overwhelming - and not to mention expensive.
Working for a non-profit this year, budgeting has become an essential task and instead of doing it in my head I now have a program that can help me do it much more effectively and efficiently. This isn’t meant to sound like a testimonial, but when I first went to the page, I was expecting something that lacked aesthetics and would have a lot of bugs. Nothing against you, but I felt like if it was this easy, why hasn’t one of the big companies done it? Boy was I wrong.
Keep up the good work, and I would love to stay posted on the developments with the program.
